To our valued customers,

Here at BILSTEIN, we are continuing to monitor the unfolding COVID-19 health crisis closely. This is an unprecedented time we are dealing with in our Nation and we are working hard to adapt to the rapidly changing situation.

Our employees make BILSTEIN great and the health & safety of each of them is of utmost importance. Currently California and Ohio are under a “Stay At Home” order to help mitigate the spread of the Sars-CoV-2 virus.

However, both BILSTEIN warehouses in Poway, CA and Hamilton, OH are OPEN for business – with a skeleton crew and until further notice-, as we are part of the essential critical infrastructure as defined by the Department of Homeland Security’s CISA guidance.

In order to protect our employees, their families and our customers, we are following all CDC guidelines including social distancing (limiting the number of employees in the building), frequent disinfecting of equipment, issuing protective gear to our employees, adding sanitizing stations throughout our facilities and additional protective measures. Thus, will call pick-up will be closed in both warehouses until further notice.
