BILSTEIN Domination at LOORRS: Sparks Nevada

Class wins and podiums throughout the weekend.

The Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series (LOORRS) 2019 season is right at the mid-way point. Rounds 5 and 6 were hosted this past weekend at Wild West Motorsports Park in Sparks, Nevada. BILSTEIN racers found success across classes. Making use of pack-leading M9200 shock technology, we pulled out wins with three teams and two different classes.

In the Pro2 category, Jerett Brooks scored the win in round 6. He was excited to share his victory with family and friends; “Wow on cloud 9 tonight! I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday with the Round 6 win and being able to share that with our baby boys first race weekend. Feeling very thankful! Would also like to thank our all our team members and partners that support our program!”

In Pro Lite, Ryan Beat and Mickey Thomas each scored a respective win in different rounds – putting the two within a three point margin of each other for the points. “It felt great to get another win this season. The Reno track this weekend had tons of adversity as us drivers had to overcome several different types of track conditions. It was pivotal to have the shock setup on point to win!” Beat explained.

“Feels good to get the 2nd win of the season and even better to be leading the battle for the Pro Lite Championship,” Thomas said.

Look for the BILSTEIN crew at rounds seven and eight at Glen Helen, October 5 and 6.
