Hitting The Trails at Easter Jeep Safari 2019

Moab, Utah is an off-road paradise for Jeep fans!

Easter Jeep Safari 2019 is in full swing! Moab, Utah is a 4-wheel drive off-roader Mecca, with Jeep enthusiasts flocking to the red rocks and scenic terrain from all over the country. With the snow melting and the springtime sunshine warming the famous arches, boulders and slickrock faces we jumped in our BILSTEIN-equipped Jeeps and hit the road.

Representing both the latest generations of Wranglers, we had both JK and JL Jeeps on the BILSTEIN sponsored trails. Conquering Dome Plateau and Poison Spider Mesa, we lead the charge (or crawl for that matter) across the scenic but unforgiving terrain. Tackling demanding off-road terrain requires the right tire package, ground clearance, articulation and of course a quality suspension system to manage the bumps and flex.

Bilstein B8 5160 performance monotube shocks feature a direct-fit design and application–specific valving. External reservoirs maximize shock shaft travel and oil volume for heat management. Currently in development and unveiled at the 2018 SEMA show are B8 8100 direct-fit bypass shocks for the Wrangler. We were excited to get these shocks out on the trail for a week of fun and four-wheeling around Moab.

Our BILSTEIN team was well stocked with prize-packed Easter Eggs to gift out on the trails. We hope you got your BILSTEIN goodies, but if you missed us we’ll see you next year at EJS!
